Join us on a unique combination of a guided nature hike and wine tasting in the beautiful Banhoek Valley, Stellenbosch.
After completing your 9km hike we visit a boutique vineyard in the valley with breath-taking views for a wine tasting to conclude our half day out in nature.

The first stop is at one of the most luxurious wine farms with amazing views and the second stop is Franschhoek’s only 100% Black owned wine farm.
Our Sips and Soul wine tour highlights Black and Coloured winemakers, vineyard managers and chefs as we explore one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world.
This walking tour meanders for 3km – 5km through the vineyards, offering beautiful views of vineyards and of a beautiful wine valley.
Get a closer look at the several white and red wine cultivars and you will be told about the growth, the vines and all that is done to create the tasteful wine that you will enjoy and sip on.
Interpretive signs help vineyard walkers to differentiate between cabernet, sauvignon, and pinot noir.
Taste wines at two of the vineyards that we will walk through and end the day with a mouth-watering lunch (own account).
Tour the vineyards in an open safari-style game viewing Land Rover, with stops to experience the spectacular views of False and Table Bays as well as the flora and fauna of the Cape Winelands.
Guests will experience the terroir and geology of the estate whilst tasting a selection of wines, in the sustainably grown vineyards. This includes a cellar tour with additional wines to be tasted in the barrel cellar or on the terrace.
Jordan Wine Estate
Jordan Estate is nestled in the Alexander Valley of Stellenbosch, where the iconic Jordan Winery Chateau overlooks nearly 1,200 acres of rolling hills and vineyards dedicated to agriculture, hospitality and conservation.
Unique amongst Healdsburg wineries, more than three-quarters of the scenic estate has been preserved as natural habitat—open spaces where craggy oak trees cover the landscape, geese and ducks swim the lakes, and rabbits, turkeys and coyotes roam the hills.

Muratie Wine Estate
Tucked into the exquisite Knorhoek Valley north of Stellenbosch and lying at the foot of the Simonsberg with a view of Table Mountain, guarded over by ancient oak trees you will find this old ‘ruin’ a treasure to be enjoyed. Muratie Wine Estate is known for being the first producer of Pinot Noir and is one of the oldest estates in South Africa when in 1685 when it was granted by Governor Simon van der Stel.
At Muratie, they have a passion for preserving their rich heritage by still handpicking the grapes which better understanding of the quality of the harvest even before they start extracting the juice, The old fermentation tanks in the cellar with their tartaric encrusted walls, old carpets, wooden furniture and original art is where you will enjoy honest home food, good wine and great company making Muratie a unique destination for the lovers of the outdoors, fine art and culinary indulgence
